For all of the forms you might need, just head to the Dollars for Scholars Chapter Portal. The forms located there are always the most up-to-date.

If you are a registered user of the Chapter Portal, you can log in with your e-mail address; your default password, unless you've changed it, is your Chapter ID Number.

If you haven't registered for the Portal yet, you're missing not only updated materials but fantastic resources like our 24/7 Roundtable Discussions and chapter news from around the country. To sign up, just e-mail Deb Fichtner in our national Dollars for Scholars office with your name, e-mail address and chapter.
